Devon in Sight offers a range of holistic services for anyone affected by sight loss across Devon. We can provide support to people who are blind or partially sighted, their families, friends and carers.

Our Sight Loss Services focus on four key areas, Information, Advice and Guidance, Independent Living, Health and Wellbeing, and Influencing Change (Making the world a better place for people with sight loss).

Information, Advice and Guidance Service

We are Devon’s leading sight loss charity providing FREE practical help & advice to people who are blind or partially sighted to help you live life to the full.

Independent
Living Service

Our Independent Living Service will ensure that people have the equipment and training in place to maintain their independence.

Health and Wellbeing Service

Our Health and Wellbeing Service will help keep people physically and mentally fit and safe in their homes.

Influencing Change

We feel it is important to provide people with the opportunity to help shape and change the services they are receiving; both sight loss services and main stream services in their local community.

Keeping you informed about our services and developments in the wider sight loss sector.

Vision transmits most of the information about the world around us. In order to live the full life, read books, play free demo slots. travel and communicate with other humans we created this organization. It helps blind people adapt to the world around them and breathe with their breath.

Supporting us

There are many ways of supporting us that will make a huge difference to people who are Blind or Partially Sighted.

Professionals

As a charity we provide non-clinical support and complement the work and take referrals from our partners GP Surgeries, Optometrists in the high street, Ophthalmologists in the Hospital Eye Unit and Rehabilitation Workers in the Local Authority Sensory Team.

Volunteering

Volunteering can be a rewarding way to help in your local community at the same time as meeting new friends, developing skills and exploring hobbies.
