Grants

Devon in Sight offers financial grants as part of the service available to visually impaired people living with the county of Devon but with the exception of Exeter and Plymouth.

A limited budget is allocated to special grants each year. The Charity will consider making contributions towards aids and equipment, computer software and other significant activities that promote independence and empowerment.  Grants can range from small amounts up to a maximum of £250.00 for any one individual.  The need for a grant must be related to your visual impairment and to apply, you need to be in receipt of a means tested benefit or be on a low income and have savings of less than £10,000.
